Guided Bus Tour on August 28 (Tuesday)

Please join the half-day tour on Tuesday afternoon after the APSys 2018 workshop! The tour includes one-hour cruise tour to enjoy the ocean view of Sanbangsan Mountain, Cheonjeyeon falls, a tea museum and a tea field. You can hop in any of the two tour buses -- one with an English-speaking guide and the other with a Chinese-speaking guide.

Tour Schedule

12:30 pm: The tour buses start in front of the workshop hotel (Hop in any of them)

13:30 ~ 14:00: Brother Island the seashore

One island is big and the other is small, so they look like brothers that are facing each other. There are little islands and rocks that you cannot see when the tide is high, but they appear when the tide is low. (details)

14:10 ~ 15:10: Sanbang Mt. Cruise Ship

Enjoy the impressive ocean view of Sanbangsan Mountain and Yeongmeori Beach, which have been designated as Global Geoparks, from the Sanbangsan Mountain Pleasure Boat. (details)

15:40 ~ 16:20: Cheonjeyeon fall

Cheonjaeyeon fall (translated as 'The pond of Emperor of Heaven') is the largest one among the three major waterfalls in Jeju Island. (details)

16:50 ~ 17:30 : Osulloc tea museum, tea caffe and tea field

It is good to experience everything about Sulloc Cha to understand the traditional tea culture of Korea and green tea. (details)

18:00 : Back to the hotel

Note that the itinerary is subject to change according to weather condition. Also, it doesn't include dinner.

Cost of the tour?

This tour is complimentary. That is, we hope we won't need to collect a fee for the trip. However, in case we do need, we will let you know.
