Conference Hotel

APSys 2018 will be held at Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel, located at 66 Topdong-ro, Jeju Island, South Korea.


The hotel provides a special room rate to APSys Workshop attendees (KRW 150,000 (roughly, USD 138) per night for mountain/city view, KRW 170,000 (roughly, USD 157) for ocean view). The deadline for the special rate is August 20th, 2018. In order to make a reservation, please fill out this form and send it to the hotel manager by email (or by fax).

Airport and Visa Information

• The most convenient way to get to the venue is to fly to Jeju international airport.
• For visa-free entry, please refer to this document . Even if you need a visa to enter South Korea in general, the Jeju island has a specal arrangement. Please check out the part, "Special entry arrangements for the Jeju island", in the document. That is, if you fly directly to Jeju airport from outside South Korea, you do not need a visa for 30 days (if you are from one of the eligible countries such as China, India, etc.).

Direction from Jeju International Airport

Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel can be reached in about 10 minutes from Jeju International Airport by Car or Taxi.

By car: Jeju International Airport → To Yongmun rotary → Hancheon Bridge → Seomun Market → Turn left at Seomun Sageori (four-way intersection) → Go straight to Tapdong-ro
